SOCCER SEASON IS HERE!

MAMAKATING AYSO SOCCER REGISTRATION

Children eligible to play must be 4 1/2  to 18 years of age

Registration Dates are as follows:

Monday, March 10^th from 6:00p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Chase School Lobby

Saturday, April 12th from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Chase School Lobby

Saturday,  My 10th  from 10:00a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Chase School Lobby

Saturday, June 7th from 10:00a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Chase School Lobby

Registration Fee = $40
Uniform Fee = $35

You can also register at www.eAYSO.org. The Mamakating/Monticello AYSO Region No. is 1517. You can use the on-line registration until April 30, 2008. Just a reminder, if you register on-line, you must print out three copies of the registration form and bring it to registration with your check to the registration dates listed above.

There will be no refunds given! There will he a $25 charge on all returned checks!

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!
WE NEED COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES, AND REFEREES!
WE ARE ASKING ALL PARENTS TO FILL OUT A VOLUNTEER FORM
WHEN YOU REGISTER YOUR CHILD! WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS, OUR
CHILDREN WILL NOT PLAY SOCCER!

Training programs are available. You MUST complete the training program in order to volunteer for any position! For on-line training, go to www.eayso.org and then choose Coach Safe Haven.
