The list below is not intended to include everything that requires a building permit, but to give you a good idea of what does.

*If you live in a Mobile Home Park or Wolf Lake (or any area with an association), you MUST provide proof of approval from the Park Office or Association with your permit application.*

• Generators (Permanent) and Generator Hook-ups (Outlet for Portable unit)
• Hot Tubs and Jacuzzis
• Mobile Homes
• New Additions, Interior Alterations, and Renovations/Remodels
• New Commercial Buildings
• New Homes and Buildings
• Outdoor Wood Burning Stoves
• ANY Roof work
• Pole Barns
• Septic Tanks, Leech Fields, and Septic Systems
• Signs
• Solar (Roof Mount and Ground Mount)
• Conversions
• Well Pumps and Wells
• Windows
• Home Occupations
