The mission of the Mamakating Environmental Education Center (MEEC) is to support environmental education and stewardship and an appreciation of local history. In an effort to inspire current and future generations, MEEC will foster environmental awareness and responsible action through hands-on exploration and adventure.

MEEC will be closed Wednesday December 30th through Tuesday January 5th.
The new year will bring in some exciting events:

We are in the process of developing a "Friend's of " group who will help with fundraising and developing a membership system.
